Simon has been part of Dempsey Wood since 2000, growing alongside the business throughout his career. Starting out on the tools and inspired by strong leadership, Simon is proud of his journey from cadet to Director. His progression has been driven by hard work, a client-first mindset, and a genuine passion for people.

Over the years, Simon has successfully delivered numerous large-scale land development projects across Auckland. He is solutions-focused, with a deep interest in understanding the unique drivers and challenges behind every project. Simon thrives on motivating teams, empowering leadership, and celebrating the hard-earned successes that come from doing good work.
