Michael Lunjevich

As Commercial Director at Dempsey Wood Civil Ltd, Michael leads strategic growth and oversees commercial operations across the business. An experienced construction leader, he brings a sharp focus to project delivery, operational excellence, and a collaborative approach to contracting.

Michael’s journey with Dempsey Wood began as a labourer while completing his BE(Civil), and he rejoined the company in 2013 as a Project Manager after gaining experience in construction roles across New Zealand and Australia.

He is committed to ensuring Dempsey Wood’s long-term success and creating an environment where dedicated people can grow their careers while delivering vital infrastructure for New Zealand alongside our partners.
