Project Background
Dempsey Wood completed the Sistema development in Mangere in 2018 – one of the largest of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere.
Project Overview
The project required civil works for a 60,000m² factory including 200,000m³bulk earthworks; platform and subbase construction including footings; retaining walls; a high capacity stormwater drainage system; extensive car parks; and approximately 2km of roading and associated works.
