With 20+ years in civil construction, Sushil joined Dempsey Wood in 2013 and became Commercial Manager in 2019. He leads estimating and cost management for major land development and infrastructure projects. With deep knowledge of Auckland’s regulatory and geographic landscape, he ensures accurate tendering, effective procurement, and profit-focused project delivery across both public and private sectors.
