Known for his clear communication and innovative problem-solving, he delivers strong project outcomes by leveraging geotechnical expertise and industry relationships. On-site and hands-on, Poi manages all contract aspects with a collaborative approach. In 2023, he received Dempsey Wood’s Business Excellence External Award.
