Project Overview

The development aims to enhance open spaces while maintaining a practical and flexible canvas for future utilisation and tenants.

We’ve delivered over five significant contracts, often in succession, and take great pride in seeing The Landings progress and become home to some of the world’s largest companies.

  • Since 2012, we have undertaken over $55m worth of work, including:

  • Over 850,000m³ bulk earthworks and sediment controls for the catchment area.

  • Construction of “feature landscape” stormwater detention ponds within existing wetland areas that include an in-situ concrete weir, inlet and outlet elements, and loose basalt rip-rap to pond banks and bunds.

  • MSE retaining walls.

  • Over 18km of sewer and stormwater drainage up to 1.6mØ and 7m deep along with a wastewater pump station and associated works.

  • Over 30,000m² road construction comprising standard asphalt and cobbled bands with oversized kerb extrusions, central swales and car parking.

  • Five architecturally designed roundabouts with feature lighting.

  • 12km of decorative paved edges and over 23,000m² of high-quality concrete footpaths, architecturally finished Hoggin (white lime chip) footpaths and access ways.

  • Over 10km common services trenching, ducting and backfilling for gas, telecoms, CCTV, HV and LV power, multiple duct banks, and 63Ø to 450Ø PE watermain and water reticulation.
